If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer your spot to someone else. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service will be charged. • No call / No show: 100% of the service will be charged. A card on file is required to secure your appointment and is kept securely through our booking system. Your card will only be charged if you no call/no show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This policy helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can leave gaps in our schedule and affect other clients who are waiting for an appointment.
