CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations or rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice to allow me to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost and no-shows will result in 100% of the service cost. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, with applicable fees. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 may be required and will be applied to your service. I understand that emergencies happen, so please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy, which helps me to provide excellent service to all of my clients. Thank you for your understanding!
